The Artistic Representation Agency Caricatos, specialized in marketing and representation of artists of all manifestations of Performing Arts in Cuba, is distinguished by having a catalog of excellence, where stands the renowned comedian Rigoberto Ferrera Barrios.

Born in Havana on May 4, 1975, Rigoberto Ferrera is an actor who is revealed as a cheerful, good-natured person, who lives life with humor and optimism. "Right now I am fulfilling the dream of including a musical instrument in the scene, I have been studying piano for two years now and I will premiere the show El pianero solitario, with original music by Tony Avila in December this year at the National Theatre".

He graduated from Theatre Arts in the Senior Institute of Art and member of the National Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba, he is the founder of the theater group for children Pálpito, where he performes El Cochero Azul (Blue coachman) and Pinocho (Pinocchio), among other works. His vocal and body skills for singing and dancing allowed him to perform in the Hubert de Blanck Company operettas as La verbena de la paloma, Las Leandras and El Avaro, and then joined the Cuban humor movement.

"I chose humor because it is a unique experience. Since I started in it I could not stop, it becomes an addiction; It fulls you of energy, you feel that people love you. And with laughter messages are more easily transmitted, and when mixed with tears you create a catharsis in the audience that is rare. "

Author of his own scripts, Rigoberto Ferrera is known for his solo performances, which include Enciclopedia, Accidente, Natación, Segismundo Festival Award 1999 ---, Rigoberto.com, Échale la culpa a Rigo, Cuando el Rigo suena, La Rigosofía de la calle..., which have given him not only popularity, but getting the Aquelarre Award for three consecutive years in different categories: Sole  in 1996 and 1997, Parody in 1998, Performance in 1998 and 1999, and he received from the Association of Performing Artists of UNEAC the Caricato Award 2009.
