P-Squared is said to be a new space on the network dedicated to the promotion of Latin American art, which is going to give a space for artists and will keep them posted on the latest news and calls.
Creators interested in participating can send their data –curriculum, ten images and personal data– to art@psquaredgallery.com. The proposals will be evaluated by the gallery’s selection committee and the chosen ones will be contacted so they can exhibit on the web and have their works marketed.
The project is aimed at arousing interest on Latin American art among a larger segment of public. One of its strategies, from the commercial point of view, is to shed light on limited editions of artist’s digital printings among interested users. A share of each sale will be dedicated to buy equipment and materials for art schools and community regions of the region.
The promotion of the website’s actions will be mainly carried out within the digital framework, through social networks, press releases, among others.
