Open Call for the 2nd DESDE AQUI Art Biennial

Bucaramanga, Colombia, will be the venue of 2013 Desde Aqui (From Here) 2^nd National and International Art Biennial, which had already held its first edition and invited national and international artists, emerging or acclaimed creators, researchers, curators, mass media, museums, universities, art programs and  agents to participate and spread the call for DESDE AQUI, by basing it on arguments of delocalization and participation.

2^nd DESDE AQUI Biennial in Bucaramanga is coordinated by applying experiences in terms of delocalization and participation (“Local and Global”), changing contexts and different discourses in order to join and aim projects at the rethinking of the environment and its news ways to perceive and make art.

The biennial is summoning artists, enthusiasts, thinkers and researchers, individuals, collectives, communities, institutions, ethnic groups, neighborhood, people who study art, architecture, design, audiovisual arts, fashion, communicators and moviemakers interested in presenting a project to participate in 2^nd Desde Aqui Biennial, according to the guidelines that have been proposed or suggested for the artistic and philosophic development of this 2^nd edition. The projects are to be presented since April 20 to June 10, 2013.
