Galeria Cayón is pleased to present, at both of its exhibit spaces in Madrid (Blanca de Navarra 7 and 9), the third solo show on David Magán (Madrid, 1979) at Cayón and the firt exhibit since his solo show at Centro Tomás y Valiente (CEART), Madrid, 2016.
The exhibit, devoted to the sculptor David Magán that has been awarded with the II Price NH Contemporary Art Collection at ARCOmadrid 2016, explores the spatial posibilities of sculpture through the exhibition of diverse installation and works made of PVC.
A catalogue published in conjunction with the current exhibit, features an essay by the distinguished British curator Lisa Le Feuvre, Head of Sculpture Studies at the Henry Moore Institute, Leeds (United Kingdom), from 2010 to 2017, and current Executive Director of the Nancy Holt & Robert Smithson Foundation, Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA.
