The exhibit, sponsored by that diplomatic legation with the collaboration of the Instituto Cervantes of Rome and the Cuban National Council of Visual Arts, shows art in its fickleness and power in an experience that seeks to explore the historic resorts of the common relations between both peoples and cultures.

In this sense, Cuban ambassador Alba Soto, expressed this is the most extensive and inclusive contemporary art exhibit presented in Rome in recent years, not only for the unquestionable quality of the works but for gathering in this big project 102 works of 58 artists.

The opening was attended by authorities of the Ministry of External Affairs and Cooperation of Italy and a varied representation of the sectors of cultural life, political parties, solidarity, Cuban community, managers, university students and Cuban friends, in general.
