35th Bienal de São Paulo: October public program

October's public program is full of activities! From activations at Sauna Lésbica to film exhibitions by Sarah Maldoror and Kidlat Tahimik, besides performances by Will Rawls and Ricardo Aleixo, the exhibition hosts various events.

For this month, the public program folder features an exclusive poster with the work of Torkwase Dyson at the central span of the Ciccillo Matarazzo Pavilion. Come and get yours!

In case you haven't registered for the International Weekend 2023, don't forget to do so! It will take place on October 28 and 29.

Check out the full program below or at the show's website.

The fifth episode of the series Histórias da Bienal [Stories from the Bienal], produced by the Fundação Bienal and the Arte1 channel, with sponsorship from Bloomberg, is now on air! In this episode, Maurício Ianês and Carla Zaccagnini talk about their participation in what became known as the "Bienal of Emptiness". Tatiana Blass and Jonathas de Andrade talk about their participation in the 29th Bienal in 2010, which invested heavily in communication with the public. Jonathas also comments on his participation in the 59th Venice Biennale. Watch the episode on our YouTube channel.

To make the experience of visiting the show easier, the Fundação Bienal has partnered with Bloomberg Connects, a free app with guides to more than two hundred museums and cultural spaces around the world. Download the app and amplify your visit with information and details about this Bienal, such as texts, photos and videos about the participants and their works, watch videos about contemporary art, find the location of your favorite artist in the show and follow our public program.

Book your group mediated visit during the 35th Bienal! Fundação Bienal's education team offers group visits in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Brazilian Sign Language, at various times of the week. To visit the exhibition with a group of less than ten people, just go to a mediation space for a spontaneous visit.
