Espacio Trapézio Kicks Gastronomic Expansion into Gear through Trinkhalle

The cultural space, perched on the second floor of Mercado de San Antón (Chueca, Madrid), shows its gastronomic alter ego, TRINKHALLE, an informal, amazing and inspiring space that welcomes visitors on weekends in a provisional y circumstantial structure that seduces by offering a menu served in a typical receptacle, the tartera, which contains the most mouthwatering and healthy viands not only for omnivores, without any dietetic limitation, but also for those who prefer other versions of ingredients and cooking techniques: celiacs, crudívoros, vegans and vegetarians.

In order to develop this project, Espacio Trapézio has joined two avant-gardist figures of architecture and gastronomy, Langarita-Navarro Arquitectos (recently awarded with Mies van der Rohe 2013 Prize to the Emerging Architect) and the team of gastronomic consultants Ali&Cia, representatives of Food Art in Spain.

The informal and uninhibited enjoyment is guaranteed for those who visit Trinkhalle.
