arteBA to Hold 23rd Edition

arteBA, Latin America’s most important contemporary art show – specially promoting Argentinean and Latin American contemporary art – is going to carry out its 23rd edition on May 23 - 26. Just like in previous years, the event is set to take place in Palermo, Buenos Aires City. This time around, the show is going to be attended by 82 galleries, from 16 countries, with works created by 500 artists, thus attracting nearly 100.000 visitors throughout the 4 open-to-the-public days and 2 pre-openingdays. ARTADVISORY PRESENTADO POR CITI stands out among the services offered by the show, since it is a collector-aimed program organized by Elisa Hernando Calero and her Arte Globalteam, sponsored by CITI, thus reaffirming its commitment to collecting and its importance when it comes to promoting contemporary art. Following the overwhelming success achieved last year, in this edition Arte Global once again provides independent and professional advising for people interested in contemporary art collecting. arteBA includes other significant programs, such as OPEN FORUM:a meeting forum on contemporary art that puts together nearly 20 international lecturers to talk about this matter and PROGRAMAS DE ADQUISICIONESwith the participation of museums, such as London TATE Gallery, Reina Sofía Museum in Madrid, MALI from Lima and Malba and MAMBA from Buenos Aires. All in all, arteBA shows stands, once again, as a must-attend cultural meeting with national and international art representatives.
