The exibitions "Palabras de acero / Altzairuzko hitzak" by sculptor Víctor Arrizabalaga (Mañaria, 1957), and “Por los campos del tiempo” by painter Melquiades Álvarez (Gijón, 1956) will be inaugurated at the galería de Bilbao on February 18 at 19:30h local time. The visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy them until March 27, Mondays to Fridays from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00h local time.
Víctor Arrizabalaga’s exhibition has 9 big format sculptures made of steal in black, and 11 medium and small format sculptures made of steal in color. All of them are unique pieces.
The Melquiades Álvarez’s exhibition is made of 17 small and medium format works.
All of them are painted with oil and acrylic on paper and wood and the artist has made cracks and in relief accentuating the nature of the painting.
