Made in Spain, a tour through Spain’s current art at the CAC Malaga

The CAC Malaga presents the Made in Spain exhibition, a tour through Spain’s current art, which compiles 212 works created by Spanish artists who have used a canvas of reduced sizes to freely create their works. This exhibition, curated by Fernando Frances is a melting pot of the artistic tends in from the 20th century and the present time with a glace towards the new tends, like it is the urban arts.

 

Spanish acclaimed artists along with emerging artists share their space with a unique and varied selection of works. Besides painting, some of them have gone beyond the canvas, creating sculptures in some cases, while others have made installations. This exhibition has been organized in parallel with the Imago Mundi project of Luciano Benetton, which plans to travel 80 countries around the world and reach over 10 thousand artistic works by the end of 2015.
