The Casa Riegner and Instituto de Visión Galleries will reprsent Colombia in the next 4th edition of the Casa Riegner e Instituto de Visión Fair to be hel from May 14 to 17, once again in the great tent set up in the Randall's Island Park, in Manhattan.
In the case of the Casas Riegner Gallery, it will be the third participation, this time in the General section after doing it in the last edition in the Focus program, where Instituto de Vision Gallery will premier.
They are the two most important Galleries in Colombia, which have first-level Colombian and international artists such as Caro, Johanna Calle and José Antonio Suárez Londoño from Casas Riegner as well as Carlos Motta, Tania Candiani, Marlon de Azambuja and Carolina Caycedo from Instituto de Visión.
Instituto de Visión Gallery, successor of La Central since 2014, is having a great time and the prove of that is its participation in the last editions of the contemporary art fairs like contemporáneo ArtBO, Art Basel Miami, Artissima,
ARCOmadrid, and soon in Frieze Nueva York and SP-Arte.
Regarding the attendance of galleries of other countries, Brazil will be the country with major presence in such event once again with seven galleries. They include Casa Triángulo, A Gentil Carioca, Fortes Vilaça, Mendes Wood DM, Vermelho, Jaqueline Martins y Nara Roesler. It follows Spain with three. They are Elba Benítez, Espaivisor and Travesía Cuatro; and with only one México -Kurimanzutto-, Perú -80m2 Livia Benavides- and Argentina -Henrique Faria-, respectively.
