Disney and Dali in US Exhibition

New Yok.- The relationship between two of the great artistic innovators of the 20th century, Walt Disney and Salvador Dali, is shown today in an exhibition in the city of San Francisco, California. Disney and Dalí: architects of the imagination, is the title of the exhibition, which will be displayed at the Walt Disney Family Museum until January 3, 2016.

The exhibition showcases two artists who were drawn to each other through their personalities and their friendship, according to organizers.

The curator of the exhibition, Ted Nicolaou, said that Disney and Dalí, who finally met at a party in Hollywood in 1945, had different views on how to tell a story, but there was a mutual admiration between them.

The show includes original paintings by Dalí, drawings, film archival footage, photographs and audio narration by actress Sigourney Weaver.
