Buena Vista Social Club to Tour U.S. in October

Buena Vista Social Club group will tour the United States from October 2 to November 4, the website of the Cuban music highlighted. The prestigious Cuban group of traditional music will offer some 20 concerts as part of its tour, under the title Adios Tour, according to Suena Cubano.

 

The group will be led by the director, Jesus 'Aguaje' Ramos, and comprises Eliades Ochoa in the tres guitar, Barbarito Torres on the lute, the Guajiro Mirabal on the trumpet and singer Omara Portuondo.

 

The renowned musicians will perform on stages in California, Arizona, Seattle, Texas, Florida, among other cities.

 

After the tour of U.S. territory, the group will give a concert on November 7 at the Coliseo Roberto Clemente, in the Puerto Rican capital.

 

Prior to the presentations in the US, the Grammy Awarded group will perform in the Canadian cities of Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver.

 

Besides the great classics of the group, Adios Tour offers, offers its last phonogram Lost and Found, a compilation of 14 unreleased tracks recorded some years ago.
