Havana.- Representatives of Septeto Santiaguero, Cuban musical group that recently won the Latin Grammy Award and was also nominated to the 2016 Grammy Awards, announced a concert at New York’s Lincoln Center on June 28, during a tour through the United States.
They also released that during that month they will perform in Miami and New Jersey; while in July they will participate in summer festivals in Canada and afterwards they will perform in several stages in Europe until September.
From the early days of March, the Septeto will perform in Venezuela and from March 16 they will be in the Dominican Republic where they will be promoting together with José Alberto El Canario the record No quiero llanto. Tributo a los Compadres, with great success in the Grammy awards.
They also referred to the participation in the Baranquilla jazz festival in Colombia, in September, and to the preparation in a national tour besides another one they are proposing through Santiago de Cuba neighborhoods and municipalities where local people enjoy their music and share their success.
