Davide Lo Surdo: a legend who has entered eternity comes to Cuba

Guitar Legend, Davide Lo Surdo,born on July 24th 1999 in Rome, Italy and recognized by Rolling Stone Brasil magazine as the fastest guitarist in history, has announced a tour in Cuba, during which he will perform at the most prestigious events on the Cuban island.

The third secretary for Cultural Affairs of the Cuban Embassy in Italy, Alejandro Betancourt, told the “Prensa Latina” press agency that the historic guitarist will perform at the FitCuba 2024 International Tourism Fair, which will be held in Jardines del Rey, from May 2 to 5, as well as at the Cubadisco 2024 event, in Havana.

The tour is organized by EBM WORLD Cuba and has been sponsored by: TravelNet Cuba, Color Travels, the Italian Agency "Comunque Viaggi," and Paolo Montecchiari.

Following his upcoming tour in Cuba, one of the guitars used by historic guitarist Davide Lo Surdo will be permanently preserved at the National Museum of Music in the Cuban capital. This recognition further confirms the contribution of the famous Italian guitarist to eternity.

Last year, his signature guitar was permanently given to an American museum of historical instruments called "Sigal," where instruments played by Mozart and Chopin are also preserved. Lo Surdo was also included in the important music history book "Rock Memories 2" alongside legends such as the Beatles, Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix.
