Exhibition of the 25th Telax Prize

The exhibition of the 25th Telax Prize, which opens on Saturday, July 1 at 1pm, brings together the works of the 21 artists selected for this Contemporary Art contest that annually celebrates the Antoni Pinyol Gallery since its beginnings in 1992.

In this edition, most of the participating artists move in the field of painting, although from very different tendencies, however, we also find space for photography. The works show different aesthetics, from works that still look for references in the painting of the 70's, to others closer to the conceptual and minimal art, passing through works of great symbolic charge and others with an almost hyperrealistic technique.

The jury of this edition has been formed by Joan Rom, Bachelor of Fine Arts and professor of the School of Art and Design of Reus; Cristina Pinyol, interior architect and graphic designer; Noemí Rabassa, Ph.D. in Economics and Business and professor of marketing and communication at the Rovira i Virgili University; Anton Brufau, pharmacist and collector; Antoni Pinyol, architect and director of the gallery.
