Michelangelo Pistoletto "The Preventive Peace"

A new solo show by Michelangelo Pistoletto "The Preventive Peace" opens on the 10th of May at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Belgrade, curated by Maja Kolarić. 

This exhibition promises to be a captivating journey through over sixty years of Pistoletto's extraordinary career, showcasing the full spectrum of his artistic brilliance. As a leading figure of Italian Arte Povera, Pistoletto's work transcends boundaries, inviting us to explore the beauty of everyday life and challenging us to see beyond the surface. From his iconic Mirror Paintings to his thought-provoking installations like Love Differences and Third Paradise, this exhibition offers a comprehensive overview of Pistoletto's remarkable oeuvre, including his newest creations like colourful QR code paintings, which unveil captivating stories.
