XXIII International Guitar Event Andres Segovia

Linares celebrates one of its more illustrious neighbors in the International Guitar Event “Andres Segovia” that reaches its twenty-third edition. During that week, the city became world leader of classical guitar through three interconnected activities. In one hand the Concert Cycle that, throughout the 10 days of the event, performances of some renowned virtuous of this instrument will be enjoyed.

Second the international course, aimed to young performers, provided by some of the teachers invited to the concerts, between November 17^th and 20^th. And lastly the international Andres Segovia contest ", open to performers from around the world, in its 21 edition.

The City of Linares is the promoter of this initiative with the support of the Andres Segovia Foundation and the Conservatory of Music in the city.
