Antoni Camarasa (1957, Santalinya, Lleida) presents his sculptured and pictured works at the Antoni Pinyol Gallery, from March 24th to April 23rd, 2016.
His work shows a tender and humorous vision about the life and the nature. Camarasa approaches to a nearer universe, despoiling his world of the superfluities of the contemporaneity, of the big cities and of the excessive materiality that surround us, finding the way to the essential, to our origins and a introspect of ourselves, help of a particular mood, an intimate mood that gives us a first impulse to enter these works.
His professional carreer began in 1989, when he exhibits at Tom Maddock Gallery, Barcelona. Since then, he has realized a lot of individual and collective exhibitions in Barcelona, Girona, Madrid, Xàbia, Paris, Düsseldorf, Nice, Andorra Soul and Tokyo, among others.
