Daniel Verbis (León, 1968)

Renewal and experimentation of the plastic language have marked the path for Daniel Verbis since his first exhibition 25 years ago. In an interesting game back and forth between painting and a constant intervention of the exhibition space, his work has managed to update the concept of painting delving into the less predictable current art discourse. Gestural expressiveness conditioning the geometric rationality, Verbis has gathered his individual poetics with naturalist iconography and cultural reference, the whim of chance with a formally strict honesty.

He participates in national and international fairs, and exhibitions in numerous art centers and museums around the world.

Yutaka Mori (Tokio, 1986)

Yutaka Mori is a young Japanese artist who has had a successful career in just four years. In the beginning, he starts researching on different mediums such as paper, wood or canvas, until he immerses himself in creating unique pieces in which you’re firstly attracted by plastic beauty, but where the artist creates something much more complex where converges architecture, painting, sculpture and mathematics.

Despite of not coming up with words, his creations speak for itself with a beautiful delicacy and their great aesthetic quality. Without having clear his Japanese influences, in Yutaka's work colour is perceived subjectively by the viewer, depending on the distance from which the creation is seen. Different levels of paper produce a vision interlaced with colour. His pieces are dynamic and optically pleasing, as well as charged with a poetic meaning beyond a simple game of perception.

Jesús Zurita (Ceuta, 1974)

The prolific work of the young artist Jesús Zurita is formally extended by the surface of drawings, paintings and installations, by running what himself considers "wall paintings"; from a conceptual or a discursive point of view, among the ravings of questioning the representation itself, whether it is executed or "staging, more than anything his work tries to jeopardize the contemporary notions of narrative and silence.

In this sense, his latest project is linked to a group of works that the artist has been developing from the past decade, in which he tries to gets deep on the approach of the impossibility of "representationally catch the invisible"; as if he follows the precepts of the abject set by Bataille: where mystery, pain, suspicion and alchemy gives back and state of uncertainty.
