arteBA Focus #2 / Distrito de las Artes

Following its successful launch last year, arteBA announces the second edition of arteBA Focus / Distrito de las Artes, a platform for contemporary Argentinean art that shows innovation both in its exhibition format and its curatorial approach.

Produced in collaboration with the Buenos Aires City Government, arteBA Focus #2 will take place on November 4th and 5th at Arenas Studios, Av. Pedro de Mendoza 965, La Boca, (400 m. from the Usina del Arte building), featuring the participation of 31 Argentinean galleries.

Florencia Battiti and Sebastián Vidal Mackinson will be the curatorial duo responsible for selecting the artists and the works to be exhibited, in a layout designed especially for the occasion by architect Ariel Jacubovich. Artist Alan Segal will join the curatorial team to select the works for the video program.

During the evening, the public will once again be able to enjoy live music and the DJ Set series.
