MENART FAIR Paris returns to the artistic scene

MENART FAIR is the international modern and contemporary art fair in Europe, featuring artists from the ME.NA countries (Middle East & North Africa), selected by must-see galleries.

Following the success of its first edition last May in Paris, MENART FAIR returns to the artistic scene, from the 19th to the 22nd of May, in the private mansion of Cornette de Saint Cyr.

About twenty international galleries presenting artists from Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrein, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Sultanate of Oman and Yemen, will highlight the potential, singularity and originality of the artistic scene of the ME.NA region, supported today by many museums and institutions.

Unseen in the West, this young art fair with a confidential format offers a journey through a demanding selection of more than fifty modern and contemporary artists, most of whom are recognized in their respective countries.

“Full of cultural, historical and structural diversity, the 19 countries of the ME.NA are creative breeding grounds for an intense artistic wealth. They are part of their own cultural tradition nourished by their unique history. The key to our development and our success is the emergence of a market that is generating a growing interest from collectors and the public, as we have seen in the feedback of our previous edition”, declares Laure d’Hauteville, founder and director of the fair.

“MENART FAIR is an occasion to discover again and again a dynamic and engaged scene, in a paradoxical and complex geopolitical context. It is a lively fair, an artistic scene rich in diversity and not to be missed!", adds Joanna Chevalier, artistic director.
