CA2M is organizing the 18th Session of Image Study in the Madrid Community, scheduled for the week ending on June 24. In this edition, the sessions will be made up of an international seminar of artists and theoretical gatherings open to the public; a researcher forum on artistic theory and practice in which attendees will present their works in the critical sessions, and a couple of artist workshops.
Until May 9, CA2M Centro de Arte Dos de Mayo will receive works by researchers on artistic theory and practice, as well as cultural practice on two issues: Power, knowledge and economy –new formats, and Performing Citizenship. This time around, artists are being summoned to hand in audiovisual works.
