Matadero Madrid’s premises will be housing, on October 10 – 13, the 21st edition of ESTAMPA, the Show of Multiple Art that, since 1992, has bet on taking multidisciplinary contemporary art closer to the general public.
Collectors, enthusiasts and professionals on contemporary art are going to participate, once again, in one of events dedicated to the country’s most prestigious representatives of multiple and emerging art.
ESTAMPA combines market interest with reflection and ideas exchange, thus becoming a must-attend event for professionals, collectors and enthusiasts of contemporary art.
This year’s program includes concerts, tables and presentations, which will count on the participation of Casa del Lector, Cineteca, Central de Diseño, Nave de Música and el Taller de Matadero.
These venues will be showcasing artworks created by acclaimed and emerging artists spread in sections: Sound in, Book in, Estampa Design Partners, Print Shop Edition and the general program that includes a selection of galleries and editors of multiple art and paper-made artworks.
The last one is going to display a group of works from galleries Adora Calvo, Ivorypress, Pilar Serra, Moisés Pérez de Albéniz, Atalanta, Maior, Cayón, Juan Silió, Rafael Pérez Hernando, Ángeles Baños and La Fábrica. Besides, the section dedicated to video-arte, ¡Se mueve!, is set to exhibit works from galleries Nuble, Arnés y Ropke, and Javier Silva, among others.
ESTAMPA also counts on a VIP program and special visits aimed at stimulating buying and collecting. Photography, video-arte, books, comics, graphic works, sound, design, paper-made artworks and other artistic fields that go beyond the conventional elements of an art show.
Furthermore, this new edition includes section Drawing Up Estampa, which will be displaying the scene of contemporary drawing in Spanish galleries through a selection of specific projects.
