The Cuban Fund for Cultural Assets (FCBC) displays today for the first time a collective exhibition related to design at the Biennial of Havana, in which about 44 countries participate. The proposal, entitled "Bifurcaciones," join three representative groups of the contemporary industrial design with renowned artists, such as Nelson Dominguez and Alberto Lescay, among others.
This is a new experience, so the experts in the creative discipline are very happy for the space they have available in the 12th edition of this event, the gallery's expert Elisa Maria Lopez told Prensa Latina.
We can organize exhibitions from different design modalities in our facility, located in the Havana neighborhood of Vedado.
"Bifurcaciones" pretents to return, once more, on the fine line between design and art.
With six galleries open to welcome the best of art, the FCBC participates at the Biennial, considered one of of most notable international cultural events, the director of the National Center of Plastic Arts of the Fund, Maria Milian, told Prensa Latina.
