The artistic career of Chucho Valdes adds a new recognition with the inclusion of the famous Cuban jazz musician in the nomination list to be part of the Latin Songwriter Hall of Fame, which also includes La Musa Award.

The news was released last week when it was made public the list of candidates to the Hall of Fame, with 24 composers and songwriters, all of them with a great and prolific musical career.

The public, which will have the final decision, is welcome to vote for their favorite artists at the event’s web site www.latinsonghall.com  until March 15 at midnight.
