Swab Barcelona 2019 opens the application process for its twelfth edition, an event that, following the line of previous years, will host international projects that bet on innovation and creativity, and will be selected by a selection committee that will be published soon. As every edition, Swab presents its 6 prizes from Banc Sabadell Foundation, DKV, Mango, Lluis Coromina Foundation, Marset and Diezy7. In addition to the acquisition programs of the Vila Casas Foundation and the Olor Visual Collection.
Swab promotes artistic exchange between the city of Barcelona and the world, that is why to generate synergies it organizes diverse activities that facilitate contact and cultural collaboration with the international scene.
Swab is committed to curated work, presenting at the fair several specialized programs apart from its general programming, thus creating an exchange and vision on the part of all the groups that make up the artistic fabric.

Swab Barcelona continues with its Kids space, reaffirming the importance of art in education, thus creating the acceptance of art as a daily necessity in the growth of children as a personal expression.
