Painting Golf is a groundbreaking event in Spain, in which Golf and Art will be playing the leading roles. On April 28, eighteen painters will be present at the 18 holes of Cabanillas del Campo golf course, Guadalajara, creating their artworks during the tournament. A voting will be carried out afterwards, and the most acclaimed works are going to be handed to the champions.
The artworks shall be created by using the artists’ materials, and they will be free to choose the technique to be applied, but not the theme, which must be related to this sport. The highest-ranked painting will be given 200 euros.
Besides the eight paintings delivered to the winners, seven are going to be raffled and three will be hold by Campo and exhibited at Casa Club de Golf. Some Alcarria’s products are also going to be raffled among the prizewinners, including honey, eau de vie, oil and wine.
