Cuban Stars of illusionism Hill compete in the international acrobatic Arts Festival in Wuhan, China

Wuhan, China. Every two years the Chinese city of Wuhan, located in Hubei province at this time becomes the capital of the circus in Asia but also worldwide reference to present here the most notable stars of contemporary and traditional circus. Cuba comes to this party circus for the first time through illusionists rapidly changing costumes (QUICK CHANGE) -Lucia and Sixto-, who just arrived in this city.

 

Prior to the opening gala of the grand event on Friday October 31st , Cubans take their trials sessions to demonstrate an impressive act that has already been a success with audiences and critics in Venezuela, Colombia, Mexico, Japan and several countries in Asia where they take their splendid art since last June.


Considered among the top three acts of QUICK CHANGE in the world, Lucia and Sixto belong to the catalog of the National Circus of Cuba  since 2011 and have already been confirmed to FLASOMA event to be held in 2015 in Uruguay.

 

As part of the collateral days of this festival, Cubans have been invited for a seminar to discuss the importance of creating original circus acts that can make a difference in conception of style and appearance to other existing in the world of circus.

 


More than 29 numbers participate in strong competition presenting companies from Russia, Armenia, Hungary, Colombia, Spain, Finland, Mongolia, Germany, Israel, Ukraine, Vietnam, Taiwan and Cuba up to 20 nations in total.

 


The expected awards gala will  transcend on Thursday November 6th.
