Prophetia is a reflection on the Eurpean view from the current social, political and economic situation.
This exhibition compiles works by 24 artists of different countires, generationsand disciplines such as Jimmie Durham, AnriSala, Daniel G. Andújar, ChusGarcía-Fraile, Mateo Matéor AntoniMuntadas.
The exhibition also includes works that have been created specifically for Prophetiaby NúriaGüell, Pelayo Varela, Jorge García, Eugenio Ampudia, FilipaCesar, AvelinoSala, Jordi Colomer and PSJM as well as the presentation for the first time in Spain of creations by Peter Schrank, Kostas Bassanos, RenataPoljak, Per Kristian Nygard, Marco Fedele di Catrano, Goldschmied&Chiari, Hannelore Van Dijck, StefanosTsvilopoulos and A K Dolven.
The project also provides a publication including essays by de BojanaKunst, Ingrid Guardiolaand Sre?koHorvat, among others.
Brindis action by LuizSimoes and Sabina Simon will open Prophetia on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at 19:30 at the Joan Miro.
