Art and Nature to flow once again on the banks of Lerez

Fluíndo no Lérez is a Project which has the purpose to work for three days in a magic space like the banks of the Lerez River at its pass through Pontevedra, with ephemeral artistic works, respectful towards nature and perfectly linked to it.

Some 20 artists have been invited to participate in this intervention throughout the Lerez River and the A Illa das Esculturas from April 24 to 26. It is about to coincide the esperiences of these creators, under the coordination of Carmen Hermo and Antón Sobral and the sponsor of the post of town of Culture of the Concello de Pontevedra.

This is the third edition of the artistic project called Fluindo no Lerez after the success reached in the two last years. The program includes a series of workshops and activities parallel that will be carried out on April 24 at the Casa das Campás with a conference by Espe Porto, a member of the Latamuda Contemporary Art magazine, who will talk about the concepts with which they will work.

On Saturday April 25, the 20 artists will make their works at A Illa das Esculturas all day, and on Sunday at noon, they will have an encounter in which they will show their work, and will explain them by themselves for all the people who want to get closer to the environment of the Lerez River.
