Ecos Flamenco Company to perform at Teatro Martí

On December 5 and 6, Ecos Flamenco Company will present a very interesting choreography directed by Ana Rosa Meneses with the title Caminos at Havana’s Teatro Martí.    

Zulema Castell, communicator of the company informed Cubarte that “Caminos is a look to the music and the dances of the company’s latest shows. The choreographic and musical conceptions it proposes articulate contents and forms that show the diverse poetics of the Flamenco genre, here and there, based on the respectful and singular visions of choreographer Ana Rosa Meneses, dancers and musicians before the different ways creation with live patrimony imposes.”

Since its creation in 1999, the company has developed an intense work with the objective to show its own style always on the base of Flamenco traditional language and inserting more contemporary dancing trends.  Caminos will be presented on Saturday, 8:30 pm and Sunday, 5:00pm.
