On May 7, the closing day of Cuba’s International Tourism Fair (FITCuba 2016), the tradeshow will swing the gates of the Morro-Cabaña Fairgrounds for the Cuban public to pay a visit, said Pilar Alvarez, deputy president of OSDE VIajes Cuba.
All Cuban tourism-related companies will show off their products on May 9 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, coupled with an entertainment program in each and every exhibition locale. Travel agencies will host a Will Campa concert at 10:00 am, while hotel chains Islazul and Turarte will feature the SMS Band at 4:00 pm.
Extra buses have been arranged to transport visitors from the Havana Train Station to the Morro-Cabaña Fairgrounds. Treats will be on sale.
All major Cuban travel agencies have pieced together a number of interesting summer options for domestic tourists to buy.
What’s more, Grupo Empresarial Campismo Popular –it will celebrate its 35th anniversary later this year- will be selling camping offers for its 85 campout sites, two villas and eight recreational juvenile centers scattered all across the island nation.
