ARTBO Program International Art Fair Of Bogota

BOGOTÁ, 2016. The International Art Fair of Bogota, ARTBO, presents its unique model with different commercial and noncommercial sections, along with a careful selection of galleries from around the world who will gather together in one space works of art in all formats, from sculpture and painting to photography, video and installations.

For this edition, a selection of 74 established, emerging and avant-garde art galleries with refreshing proposals, and artists from many different origins, will converge in Corferias´s Gran Salon. There will be a diverse and enriching exhibition with a high level of quality, which will supply 3000 works for all audiences.

In 2016, ARTBO will have 15 galleries in the Proyectos section and 15 galleries participating for the first time, such as GALLERY FORTES VILAÇA (Sao Paulo), GALERIE JÉRÔME POGGI (Paris), GREENSPON GALLERY (New York) and GALLERY RAQUEL ARNAUD (Sao Paulo). Although the galleries of Latin America continue to have a strong presence at the fair, with 65% representation, this edition presents exhibitors and artists from other latitudes, with a growing participation from Europe and the United States, as well as artists from Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
