José Manuel Albarrán (Bollullos del Condado, 1967) after winning the 24 Premi TELAX, presents her pictorial work in an individual exhibition at Antoni Pinyol Gallery, from November the 11th to December the 10th of 2016.
In the work of Albarrán the landscape is deconstructed to its most essential elements, to be later reinterpreted based on complex and detailed quasi mapping procedures and inviting to transcend the purely aesthetic and technical level, giving the landscape object the authentic anthropological-cultural dimension that gets explicit in his works.
The exhibition presents 18 new pieces worked in this direction, where the artist reveals and conveys a great emotional experience through the interpretation of the landscape.
