artAmore Sitges, presents the new Exhibition “Upcycling Dolls” by Cesar Santos.
César has given new life to abandoned dolls and he has covered them with everyday discarded objects, to transform them into true works of art, small sculptures that awaken our inner child and make us smile and develop a sense of complicity.
César Santos “El Constructor” (Barcelona 1973), an artist who uses recycled material to build dolls, houses, decorations, vehicles and anything you that he can imagine. Before he worked as a cartoonist and screenwriter, and he used pencil and paper. Now any plug on the floor or any plier fallen from the sky can be an important piece for his work. Art is his way of living. Imagination is everyone’s heritage and this is his way of expressing it.
Exhibition: From November 27th, 2020 to January 6th, 2021 at artAmore Sitges.
