The music and talent of Cuban artists keep captivating the Austrian audience, this time with the unique performance by another famous pianist, young and talented Roberto Fonseca.

The Konzerthaus, in Vienna, crowded by the audience, followed every minute of his original performance yesterday night, accompanied by a group of excellent musicians.

The program offered by Fonseca was exquisite, including jazz, soul and Cuban rhythms.

His performance was given a hearty ovation by the audience, which could not resist the contagious rhythm of the song 'Afro Mambo' composed by Fonseca, accompanied with dances.

In the opinion of specialists attending the performance, it was a captivating musical evening and a chance to enjoy the way jazz is played and enriched in Cuba.

Fonseca began composing at 14, inspired by Afro-Cuban music, and when he was only 15 he gave his first public performance at the International Jazz Festival of Havana.

With Fonseca's visit to Vienna, the Konzerthaus, stands as a stage to display the art and talent of Cuban musicians.

The performances given there include the formidable concert on March 7th by Jesus 'Chucho' Valdes along with Gonzalo Rubalcaba, who gave a beautiful performance, playing outstanding works of Cuban and world music, something that became quite an artistic event in Vienna.
