
Monica Gomez Prieto, from Bogota, is exhibiting at MÛ Gallery, Colombia, a series of pictures developed out of the question: What does being a woman mean?
Womanhood offers answers that not only classify the female genre, but expound part of a subjective and daily search in order to represent the roles that have been imposed to women from culture and history.
The artist studied Audiovisual Production and Multimedia at Jorge Tadeo Lozano University, Bogota. This is her first individual exhibition.
Womanhoodis to be open to viewers through January 28, 2012.
