Keep an eye on Eleventh Havana Biennial

A space for reflection and discussion on the Eleventh Havana Biennial –still under way- will take place at the Villa Manuela Gallery of UNEAC on June 5 at 5:00 pm. Beware the Art, coordinated by curator, art critic and publisher Nelson Herrera Ysla, invites guests this time around to mull over the event in terms of both collective projects and collateral exhibits of Cuban art.

Panelists will include Caridad Blanco, curator of the National Museum of Fine Arts; art critic and artist Manuel Lopez Oliva; art critic and curator Píter Ortega; and Hamlet Fernandez, a professor of the Arts & Literature School at the Havana University.
