Alcobendas Art Center is housing, today Tuesday October 9 at 7:30 pm, the grand opening of an exhibition that will be shedding light on some of the new pieces that make up Alcobendas Collection.
Nuevas adquisiciones 2009-2012 includes works created by Daniel Canogar, Benito Roman, Virxilio Vieitez, Carlos Aires, Felix Curto, Fernando Maquieira, Valentin Vallhonrat, Esther Ferrer, Marta Soul, Pablo Genoves, Carlos Perez Siquier, Jose Manuel Ballester, Colita, Oriol Maspons, Almale-Bondia and Gervasio Sanchez.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Mayor and President of Alcobendas City Hall, Ignacio Garcia Vinuesa, the Councilor of Culture, Luis Miguel Torres Hernandez, and most of the authors that have joined the Collection, which will be celebrating its 20th anniversary next year.
The exhibition is going to be open for viewers through January 23, 2013.
