Havana gallery La Acacia hosted on November 30 the ribbon-cutting ceremony of a new exhibition that puts posters back on stage –their language and projection– from three different viewpoints.
The showcase included originals covers of Carteles magazine, by Andres Garcia; Kadir Lopez Nieves exhibited pieces based on the visual representation of documental archives on world history; while Jorge R10 proposed an approach to the codes of Cuban poster creation and illustration from the 1960s.
KRteles will be open through early 2013.
