Caribbean News Digital, the online newspaper that targets travel industry professionals and the leading publication on Caribbean tourism, made a presentation in FIHAV 2014 that featured His Excellency Dexter Rose, ambassador of St. Vincent & the Grenadines to Cuba, as the guest of honor.

The opening part of the presentation was made by Betsie Griffin, an expert with the Center for the Promotion of Cuba’s Foreign Trade (CEPEC is the Spanish acronym), who shared views on the economic potentials of the Caribbean region, especially in the field of tourism on the eve of the upcoming Cuba-CARICOM Summit to be held in December this year in Havana.

Following her remarks, CND publishing coordinator Ernesto Gomez showed the main characteristics and strengths of a publication that has been in cyberspace for 15 years.
