Mike Swaney / Filippos Tsitsopoulos. "Fisiología del gusto" exhibition

The next exhibition that will take place at the gallery will be part of the a3bandas meeting.

Under the title Fisiología del gusto and curated by Alexios Papazacharias (curator of the Pabellón de Grecia at the Venice Biennial 2015) works of different formats (drawing, painting, sculpture, objects and installation) by Canadian Mike Swaney (Kimberley, British Columbia, 1978) will be showed with an installation video by Filippos Tsitsopoulos (Atenas, 1967).

The Fisiología del gusto exhibition is like an invitation for dinner. Filippos Tsitsopoulos, Michael Swaney, curator Alexios Papazacharias and the theories of Savarin will offer many viandas for thinking and seeing. Through the Savarin´s approach to food we are invited to rethink of our relation with meals, their forms and aesthetics, ideas that are rooted in the illustration time and that they continue developing in the present time.

The joint opening, which will take place in each gallery participating in a3bandas will be on April 11, from 12:00 to 20:30 local time.

Visitors will have the opportunity to see "Fisiología del gusto" exhibition from April 11 to June 6, 2015.
