
Spanish artist Fernando Hervas and Bulgarian photographer Nina Nikolova join their poetics in an exhibition that will open Monday (12:30) with keynote remarks by Dr. Pedro Gonzalez Trevijano, rector of the Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid. The opening will take place at the Exhibition Hall of the Ampliación de Rectorado Building of the Campus de Móstoles –C/ Tulipán s/n– to wrap up the presentation of Culturart’12, the Tenth Cultural Week of URJC.
Las Puertas de Europa includes paintings, sculptures, photography and video-installations, the result of a one on one between the two artists. Organized by Antígona Producciones andURJC in an effort to encourage cultural exchanges between the two countries, the exposition will remain open (free admission) through May 25, Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
