Watch Me Move. A journey through animation

The Museum of Contemporary Art in Monterrey, Mexico, announces its upcoming exhibition Watch Me Move. A journey through the animation.

Organized by Barbican Centre, is an extensive selection of animations produced in the past 150 years that explores the great influence of the animation in the development of visual culture and provides an overview of the genre as an artistic phenomenon.

From iconic to short-known masterpieces, the exhibition invites viewers to travel the world of animation through the work of pioneers such as Étienne-Jules Marey or big productions studios like Walt Disney and Pixar.

Open to the public from November 21^st , 2014 to March 1^st , 2015.
